These augmented reality portals allow customers to step into another dimension and experience environments like misty jungles after rain, desert heat, meteor showers, and the Northern Lights. Through the WebAR app, users can explore these 360-degree video renders and share their immersive experiences on social media without leaving the browser.

The aim of this project was to create an immersive tool that allows users to experience the atmospheres that inspired IQOS HEETS Creations’ flavors. Immercity proposed using augmented reality portals as a WebAR project. This low-friction approach enabled users to access the immersive
experience without downloading any apps, simply by using their smartphone's built-in browser. This seamless access made it easy for users to enjoy and share the unique environments that reflect the essence of each flavor.
The project was developed using WebAR technology to create 360° video environments. Completed in 5 weeks, the timely launch aligned with promotional events for IQOS HEETS Creations. During the active advertising campaign, the experience reached over 340,000 users in just 2 Months, setting a record for user engagement.
The quick turnaround and extensive reach demonstrated the project's success in captivating the target audience and enhancing their connection to the brand.
